Hi there, I'm Josh Hockey. I'm a keen compositing artist based around London UK, working at FREEFOLK as a Junior Digital Compositor.

Problem solving and learning to create a pixel perfect image is what motivates me inside the world of compositing. Outside of Nuke I'm always looking to learn of and create ways of making the whole pipeline run much smoother and more efficient for myself and other artists. While at University of Hertfordshire I spent a lot of time working on everything from: scheduling and file wrangling to experimenting with rendering AOV's and Lookdev tools for Solaris in Houdini.

But in the 'real' world I enjoy tinkering with cars, cycling, and kickboxing my local gym, I hope to progress into the world of MMA (Mixed-Martial-arts) in the near future.
